1. Booking & Payment

Your booking will be confirmed once a 50% advance payment is received.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid at least 30 days before the travel date.

Payments can be made through bank transfer or online transfer.

2. Visa & Documentation

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.

You must submit your passport, national ID, and required documents to our team.

All visa processing fees are included in the package unless mentioned otherwise.

4. Travel Responsibility

Pilgrims are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings (passport, money, luggage).

The agency is not responsible for personal loss, medical issues, or emergencies.

Pilgrims must respect local rules, laws, and religious sanctity at all times.

5. Accommodation & Transport

Hotel rooms near Haram will be provided based on availability.

Room sharing or family room arrangements will depend on group composition.

Transport schedules must be followed. Missing a shuttle due to late arrival is the pilgrim’s responsibility.

6. Changes by the Agency

If airlines, hotels, or visa authorities make changes, the agency may adjust the arrangements accordingly.

Pilgrims will be informed, and if no suitable alternative is available, a refund or re-schedule may be offered.

7. Group Rules & Conduct

Pilgrims must follow the group schedule and be on time for all gatherings and transfers.

Misbehavior, rule violations, or disruptive actions may lead to removal from the package without refund.

8. Liability Limitations

The agency is not responsible for injuries, illness, accidents, or unforeseen restrictions at holy sites.

Travel insurance is recommended for additional protection.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By booking the package, you acknowledge and accept all the above policies.

In case of any dispute, the agency will aim for a fair and transparent resolution.
